Cold adaptation strategy of psychrophilic bacteria: an in-silico analysis of isocitrate dehydrogenase

Non-specific electrostatics is crucial for structure and stability; recently, it has been argued that psychrophilic proteins may also utilize specific electrostatic interactions. Do increase the number of salt bridges cold adaptation? Are there any changes occur in their sequence, which helps them to adapt an extreme environment? intra-protein interactions affect stability? Is special type interaction present protein structure? This study will give all those answers. Sequences (n ~ 100) structures isocitrate dehydrogenase mesophilic extracted from databases. had analyzed BLOCK non-BLOCK format. The sequences psychrophiles mesophiles create two separate clades. charged uncharged polar residues very much high proteins. formation long network aromatic–aromatic aromatic–sulfur are stability. Identification these types a novelty this study. Favorable mutation with high-energy contributions affects help engineering.
